living-as-if: I am going to look at the article, but I put this pic up. I live in Cambridge and this is one of the gorgeous bits of the town center, and I take pics with my phone, and of course they don’t come out this well. It’s a view I treasure and take time to appreciate. I’ve only got into the colleges for performances and parties, that kind of thing! This picture is of Kings College, where the famous carol service is held. Often people ask me where Cambridge University is, and there isn’t one, it’s a great big gaggle of colleges, so I send them to this for the dramatic view and the Titian in the chapel. We do have an Anglia Ruskin Uni, which was the old tech college, kinda jazzed up. (via So who is good enough to get into Cambridge? | Education | The Guardian)
